Richard Blagborne’s experience includes responsibilities completed within various architectural firms,exposition organizations and through independent consulting since graduation from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of British Columbia in 1970.
His experience has been in projects of large scale and international scope including planning, programming, design, administration, management and operations. Mr. Blagborne’s profound knowledge of international expositions has led to senior appointments with many master planning teams.
His diverse experience, and natural ability to lead and inspire has attracted clients with a variety needs. His particular interest and ability in the conceptual phases of projects has led to roles as a creative facilitator and advisor assisting clients to develop project goals and the specific strategies necessary to achieve them.
Richard Blagborne often collaborates with specific project teams in an integrated process by relocating to project or team office locales for significant periods.
